Food like the one shown above is what I would strive to create. Something tasty but at the same time new like nothing anyone has ever seen. To pursue a course in food all you must do is go to a culinary school and afterwards intern at restaurants to get a feeling of how being a chef is. While this may sound easy, many people find they do not have the moxie to become a chef. This job can be one of high pressure and isn't for the faint of heart. Like they say if you cant stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. After interning and applying to your restaurant of your choice you'll most likely be put into a position as a lower chef such as a prep cook. As your time working there increases you'll be promoted to ranks like sous chef, head chef, and executive chef. Will all this said maybe ill be a chef one day, and you will be my costumer. Hope you guys have a great week and ill be posting again soon
I think you would be a superb chef! In this post you show a lot of passion, as you did in your career presentation, for the culinary field. I had no idea that it took so much time to become a chef. I really like your use of the word 'moxie' and I'll be eating your food one day hopefully!
ReplyDeleteVincent!! I have personal experience of your creations which are always great. I know that if you wanted to you would be a great chef!
ReplyDeleteMr. Bon Bon, never knew you had such an aspiration for cooking, but I really think that it would fit you perfectly if that is what you are inspired to do:) Knowing your creativity I bet you could make some amazing dishes! Good luck in the future and beyond!
ReplyDeleteNicee. I can totally see you winning season 20 of Hell's Kitchen. This is a great career path for you because you are innovative and seem to have a great passion for the culinary arts so I think that you would excel as a chef.
